This page applies to you if you're a member of a Discord server that partners with network.io and uses our bot (Lena) to run voice calls, events, or RSVPs. It sits alongside — not instead of — our main Terms of Service.
When your server runs an event through Lena, we track, for the duration of that specific event only:
We don't track your activity outside of tracked events, and we don't read or store the content of your private DMs.
This attendance data is used to build a performance summary for the server/event host, and — if the host has purchased our Guest Call Package — to identify a small number of the most engaged attendees ("warm leads") for the paying guest speaker.
If you're identified as a warm lead, your Discord username (already visible to that speaker in the shared server) is shared with them, along with your attendance figures, so they can personally follow up with you. This is generated automatically from your tracked attendance and chat activity — not a manual decision by network.io staff.
We never share your email address, real name, phone number, or the content of any message you sent, with a guest speaker or any other partner. The only thing shared is your Discord username and aggregate attendance stats (time in call, whether you chatted) — the same kind of presence information already visible to anyone in a voice channel with you.
If you're flagged as a warm lead, the speaker may send you a personal Discord DM referencing the call. This is a normal Discord message from another user, not an automated network.io message, and you can ignore, reply, or block them the same as any other DM.
You can avoid this tracking entirely by not joining a tracked voice call, or by leaving before it starts. If you'd like a past instance of your data corrected or removed from our records, contact us and we'll action it, subject to what the host reasonably needs to keep for their own records.
